The Premier Venues Group publicly started in 2004, although venues within the profile such as the Castle Hill Tavern started as early as 1987. The management team has enjoyed many years of hands on experience in both the hospitality and the tourism industry.

As soon as you walk in the door, you will be able to discover the art of beer making in a relaxed and spacious environment whilst enjoying quality food authentically cooked in hand-crafted beer.
